Veterinary Dental Extractions and Radiology Course
This is a two-day practical course.
On the first day (frontal lectures) we will learn how to perform dental radiography and dental extractions in dogs and cats.
The second day is practical – we will practice dental radiography on cadavers and perform dental extractions – from simple extractions to complex surgical extractions.
Lecturer :Dr Dea Bonello Med Vet, PhD, Spec Rad Vet, Dipl EVDC and a Resident that will help in the practical part.
The first day is shared by the entire group, after which the practical workshop will be held in the following days, in groups of eight participants, according to registration order – the first registrations on the adjacent day and so on.
Each participant will have a personal dental unit in order to enable maximum utilization of the practical experience.
The number of places is very limited.

13:30-14:30 Simple extractions in dogs and cats (different methods and techniques)
14:45-16:00 Surgical extractions in dogs and cats
16:15-17:00 Specific highlights and tips, how to avoid complications.
Day 2 Wet Lab
08:30-09:00 Light Breakfast & Registration
09:00-12:00 Obtaining dental radiographs in dogs and cats (participants will experience obtaining dental radiographs on corpses)
12:00-13:00 Lunch
13:00-17:00
Simple extractions in dogs and cats – Incisive teeth
Surgical extractions in dogs and cats – Canine teeth
Difficult extractions in dogs and cats P4-M2

כיום היא מנהלת מרפאה וטרינרית לרפואת פה ולסת בטורינו.
בקורס יושם דגש על עבודה עצמית, לכל משתתף תהיה יחידה דנטלית אישית על מנת לאפשר ניצול מקסימלי של ההתנסות המעשית. והמעבדה המעשית תהיה בקבוצות קטנות.
זהו קורס מעשי בן יומיים
היום הראשון עיוני בו נלמד כיצד לבצע צילומים דנטליים ועקירות שיניים בכלבים וחתולים.
היום השני פרקטי – נתרגל צילומי רנטגן על גופות ונבצע עקירות – מעקירות פשוטות ועד עקירות כירורגיות מורכבות.

היום הראשון הוא משותף לכל הקבוצה, ולאחר מכן הסדנה המעשית תיערך בימים הבאים בקבוצות של שמונה משתתפים, חלוקה לימים תהיה לפי סדר ההרשמה- הראשונים ביום הצמוד וכן הלאה.
