Dr. Yishai Kushnir – DVM Dip ACVAA

An anesthesiologist. A diplomat of the American College of Anesthetization and Pain Relief .

Dr. Ishai Kushnir has Graduate from The Koret School of Veterinary Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel in 2006. After one year of internship in small animal medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Veterinary Hospital, he continued to work as an anesthesiologist in the anesthesiology department at the hospital. In 2016, he completed his residency in veterinary anesthesia and was admitted to the American College of Medicine for anesthesia and pain relief.

Parallel to his work as an anesthetist, Dr. Kushnir is involved in research on local anesthesia and the physiology of pain. He is a member of the World Association for the Study of Pain ( IASP ) and of the Israel Pain Association.
