Dr. Yaron Baruchim, DVM, IVIMS, Dip-ACVECC, Dip-ECVECC.
Diplomate of the American and European College of Emergency and critical Care.
Dr. Yaron Baruchim has graduate from The Koret School of Veterinary Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel in 1999. In 2000 he completed his internship year. In 2003-2007 he did his Israeli residencey in small animal internal medicine. During the years 2009-2012 he did is residency in emergency medicine and critical care of the American College. In the years 2017 – 2014 he completed his doctorate on heat acclimation and heat resistance in working dogs. In addition to his work at the hospital, Dr. Baruchim is a senior lecturer at the Hebrew University.
Major research interests include heat stroke, snake bites, ventilation, GDV and coagulation disorders of pets.
Today he is a diplomat of the American and Europian College of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care, and serves as a member of the European College Committees.
